If you require a manual for an older product, please kindly contact us with the the details of the product you require and we will send you the appropiate documentation. Similarly, if you have have a pushchair which is older than the below parts lists and require an old part, contact Tendercare with your serial number and part query and we will be happy to help.
Please note: Parts lists are replacements from the pushchairs/wheelbases themselves e.g. replacemnet wheels, bolts etc. They would not list individual postural/everyday accessories e.g. laterals, harnesses etc. To view these, either refer to the assessment form or view the 'Features and Options' page which can be found in each individual product's page.
